SDI Deep Diver Course – Learn to Dive Deeper, Safely in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with Borneo Dream

Some divers enjoy going on deeper recreational dives. You might want to dive a WW2 wreck to see, drift along an amazing coral reef drop-off or you could be looking for sharks that like cooler water temperatures.

The SDI Deep Diver course certifies you to dive to a maximum depth of 40m /130ft, the suggested sport recreational diving limit. It is a one day course and involves two course dives. You can take your SDI Deep Diver course with Borneo Dream in  Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for as little as RM445 (plus the Sabah Parks Diving Permit).

The SDI Deep Diver course is a must for any diver wishing to explore a little deeper and will teach you the risks and benefits of deep diving. During the diving course with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia you will learn the following deep diving skills:

• Proper descents
• Air management
• Effects of nitrogen narcosis
• Dive planning for deeper recreational dives

To participate in the SDI Deep Diver course you need to be 15 years or older and you must be minimum a SDI Open Water Scuba Diver (or equivalent).
