Dive the Drop-Offs at Sipadan

The Sipadan scuba diving package price includes the following – twin sharing in one of their wooden bungalows, transfer from Tawau airport to Kapalai, 3 boat dives daily except on first and last day, unlimited dives in front of Kapalai dive centre, food, tea / coffee and water, cylinders weight belt and weights. So virtually everything is included. The Sipadan scuba diving trip price excludes flights to Tawau, single supplement, Sipadan daily scuba diving permit at RM40 per person, rental of dive gear and bar tabs. You will need to book specific flights to Tawau to meet one of the three daily boat transfers to Kapalai Resort from Semporna:

• Kota Kinabalu to Tawau:
  • MH2121 – 0700/0745hrs, check in Kapalai via 09:30am boat transfer
  • MH2137 – 1315/1400hrs, check in Kapalai via 15:30am boat transfer
  • AK5833 – 0930/1020hrs, check in Kapalai via 12:00 noon boat transfer
• Kuala Lumpur to Tawau:
  • AK5152 – 0720/1005hrs, check in Kapalai via 12:00 noon boat transfer

Amazing Muck Diving

There are limited sets of dive gear for rental at Kapalai Resort Dive Centre. The rental prices are as follows (please note you will pay for any dive gear rental at the end of your holiday at Kapalai):

• BCD = RM30 per day
• Regulator / gauges / octopus = RM30 per day
• Torch with batteries = RM20 per dive
• Mask and snorkel = RM15 per day
• Fins = RM10 per day
• Wet suit = RM25 per day
• Booties = RM10 per day
