Birthday Girl!
Scuba Diving in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia
It was my birthday yesterday so I decided to enjoy some leisure diving in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, Kota Kinabalu during a scuba diving trip with Borneo Dream. What better way to spend my birthday
.

Hawksbill Turtle
For our first dive we went scuba diving under Pulau Sapi jetty and along Sapi house reef. We spent 30 minutes watching the large shoals of fish swimming around the legs of the jetty. It was really beautiful.
We then decided that scuba diving actually involved diving (rather than just hovering . . .) and dived along the house reef. We came across a Hawksbill Turtle who was very happy to carry on eating for another 5 minutes while we just looked on. Beautiful.

Yellow Snapper
After a picnic lunch on board Borneo Dream 3 we went for a dive on Clements Reef, on the west facing side of Pulau Sapi. The visibility was great at minimum 20m+ and we came across a large shoal of Yellow Snappers. We also spotted Nudibranches, Shrimps, Scorpion Fish, Puffer Fish and lots more. A really pleasurable dive.
It was then time to head back to Jesselton Jetty after another enjoyable day of scuba diving from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia. You can enjoy photos from my birthday scuba diving trip.
