Project AWARE Dive for Earth Day Event, Coral Reef Clean Up, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia

Project AWARE Dive for Earth Day is being held on the 22nd April 2009. Dive for Earth Day is a global annual event aimed at raising awareness of the importance of conserving our underwater world and encouraging marine conservation action.

Borneo Dream will be hosting a coral reef clean up event in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia as part of Dive for Earth Day on the 22nd April. Here we will enjoy three dives:

  • Two dives cleaning up coral reefs (to be recommended by Sabah Parks).
  • One leisure dive in the afternoon along a pretty coral reef in TARP.

The price for this diving day trip (3 dives) RM150 per diver for the 3 dives day trip, >50% below our normal published price! Borneo Dream will make contributions to PADI Project Aware and a local marine conservation body we support, Marine Research Foundation, from proceeds collected – the amount will be announced on the day.
