PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience (DSD) & Snorkeling with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah – Customer Feedback

“I recently had a wedding ceremony in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I wanted to arrange a special day trip for myself, my new husband and my close family straight after my wedding so we could relax and have some fun together.

Great snorkeling!

I decided it would be great if we could go scuba diving and snorkeling together. I found the Borneo Dream website and found it catchy and reassuring – especially when the word ‘safety’ kept on being mentioned.

It was even better when Joanne herself responded to my non-stop emails requiring information and she was being very helpful and patient.  Unlike some companies who would have someone who are just ‘being assigned to respond to emails without knowing what they are talking about’.

Everything was good from the very start till the end of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving course & snorkeling trip with Borneo Dream.

The surprise wedding cake was awesome! We never expected that and was actually very touched by the whole idea..and yes, the cake was yummy!  Everyone had a slice!

Anemone Fish

All the staff were very nice, approachable and friendly.  They patiently guided my dad (who kept on panicking as it was his first dive) and they kept on making sure that he was safe and okay.  Fun but safe….

At first we were worried because no-one (except for my husband & I) in our group has ever dived before but then we realized that the team had actually done a great job with our try dive and in managing everyone during the PADI DSD (in terms of safety..during the dives etc..)..so less worries for us.

The service, staff, quality and overall experience with Borneo Dream was all very good. There’s nothing I suggest you change – just keep doing the same!

Overall the team has made this trip a memorable one. We will look for you if we are in KK and plan to go for dives!!”
