PADI Deep Diver Course, PADI Speciality Courses in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo

Congratulations to Myra Shah and Vivek Radhakrishnan who have just completed the PADI Deep Diver course with Borneo Dream during their scuba diving holiday in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a PADI Deep Diver they are now certified for recreational diving up to 40 metres. Cool!

Their PADI Deep Diver course took 2 days (with 4 course dives) and was conducted in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park near Kota Kinabalu. Here they went diving at Edgell Patch, a deep coral reef, Clements Reef and Mamutik West Reef. During their course dives they learned new diving skills suitable for diving deep, safely. They also spotted some nice marine life!

The purpose of the PADI Deep Diver speciality course is to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, and techniques to safely enjoy scuba diving between the depths of 18 – 40 metres. The minimum age for attending the PADI Deep Diver course is 15 years and you must already be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or similar certification.
