Choose the SDI Open Water Scuba Diver Course with Borneo Dream and enjoy a 2 day course designed to give you the necessary scuba diving skills to safely go diving with a buddy anywhere in the world up to 18m.

Learning to dive with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu

During your SDI Open Water Scuba Diver course you will learn a range of scuba diving skills. Some of the many skills you will learn include good buoyancy control, equipment assembly and proper dive planning.

During this scuba diving course in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah you will also learn to use a dive computer and will be required to have a personal dive computer during all of your dives. You can bring your own dive computer with you or rent one from us for FREE.

Before you participate in a SDI Open Water Scuba Diver course with Borneo Dream in KK, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah there are some pre-requisites you will need to meet:

• You need to be 10 years or older.
• You need to be very comfortable in the water and have good swimming skills.
• You should also be in good overall general health to dive and be physically fit enough to complete two busy days of scuba diving.
• You will need to have completed the required pre-study work. This will take half a day and can be completed online or in our office in KK.

Please note that we still provide the PADI Open Water Diver course as a good alternative when learning to dive. The choice is yours.
