Borneo Dream offers the best range of technical diving courses in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia. We are the only Dive Operator in Sabah to offer TDI Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) courses.
Rebreathers – It is the only way to dive, no bubbles, nice warm breathing air, extended to very long bottom times and those fish just stay put – great for photographers and videographers.
Our next TDI courses are being held in January 2009 in Kota Kinabalu. We will be running a TDI Air Diluent Closed Circuit Rebreather course (unit specific – APD Inspiration / Evolution) from 2nd – 6th January 2010. This is the entry certification course for divers wishing to utilize Ambient Pressure Diving’s Inspiration / Evolution Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) for air leisure diving. Diving on a Rebreather
Learning to Dive on Closed Circuit Rebreathers in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, Borneo

Rebreather Diver
Our next TDI Rebreather courses are being held in December 2009 and January 2010 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The December TDI Air Diluent Closed Circuit Rebreather course with Decompression Procedures is already fully booked.
We will be running a TDI Air Diluent Closed Circuit Rebreather course (unit specific – APD Inspiration / Evolution) from 10th – 14th January 2010. This is the entry certification course for divers wishing to utilize Ambient Pressure Diving’s Inspiration / Evolution Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) for air leisure diving. Rebreathers need YOU!!
Scuba Diving on Rebreathers, CCR, Closed Circuit Rebreather, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia
Borneo Dream is the only Rebreather friendly Dive Operator in Sabah, Borneo. This means we are the only TDI Dive Operator offering a range of TDI CCR Rebreather courses and also able to support Rebreather leisure divers on our range of scuba diving day trips.
Diving on a Rebreather
Over the past few weeks we have had a couple of Rebreather, CCR, leisure divers diving with us. Chris Loh and Chris Leonard both learned to dive on rebreathers (APD Inspiration) with Borneo Dream in the past year. They enjoyed it so much that they came back to enjoy diving on a rebreather again with us from KK, Sabah.
They joined our diving trips to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park and got to dive several of the > 20 dive sites we go to in TARP. The boys dived together and often had Billy, our TDI Instructor, guiding them on his Rebreather. Read the rest of this entry »

Congratulations to Chris Leonard who has just completed the TDI Closed Circuit Rebreather Course with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo Malaysia. Welcome to the Dark Side!
Chris is a commercial diver by trade and already a highly qualified scuba diver (a PADI Staff Instructor and IANTD Instructor). Congratulations to Fiona Sharp who has just completed her TDI Advanced Nitrox Course and TDI Closed Circuit Rebreather course with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia.
Fiona travelled from Australia to learn to dive on a Rebreather, CCR with Billy our TDI Instructor. She learned to dive on an APD Inspiration which was provided for her to use throughout the course (rent free as part of the course price). Read the rest of this entry »
