“I have recently moved to Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur and heard about Borneo Dream’s diving services through a friend. I have never dived before and I booked a PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience through Borneo Dream along with my wife (already a diver).

Thank you so much for making our Saturday diving outing highly memorable. I was anticipating cleaning up vomit and nursing a sick fiance (who gets sea sick on every boa trip) . . . but everything, and I mean everything, turned out beautifully.

Thank you for lending me the camera so that I could go trigger-happy underwater; for taking good care of Cheong (I believe we have converted another landlubber to a bubble maker); and for being so wonderful!

I would rate Borneo Dream 10/10 for everything – service, enjoyment, safety, staff, food and drink, overall experience and value. I really enjoyed the British sense of humour and your professionalism.
What can I say except that you guys are providing top of the line service at affordable prices. Cheong was impressed with our safety procedures, your explanations about diving and the quality of your dive equipment.
We loved that you posted our photos so promptly, enabling us to share our joy with our friends and family just a day after the adventure!
We will certainly be back to dive with Borneo Dream again!

Cheng enjoyed his DSD
Discover Scuba Diving, TARP, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with Borneo Dream
Yoke Lee, our good friend from the WWF (World Wildlife Fund), joined us for a diving day trip around TARP, Kota Kinabalu yesterday. She also brought her fiance, Cheng, along for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience.

Despite strong winds across the South China Sea causing quite a swell in TARP Marine Park, Kota Kinabalu and reduced visibility underwater, they enjoyed diving near Sapi and Mamutik and saw a range of marine life – including an India Walkman. Cool!

Cheng was a natural diver – how many perfect their buoyancy in a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience? Meaning Yoke Lee and Cheng can now share something new together in their life – diving!

The picnic style lunch went down well – even Cheng enjoyed the sandwiches after getting over a brief spell of sea sickness (something he unfortunately gets on every boat trip).
We finished off a good day of diving with pizza and wine in the evening. A perfect end to a perfect day with some diving friends.

At Borneo Dream we focus on giving you a safe, enjoyable and high quality PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As part of this, we insist a Risk and Medical Statement is signed by the participant (in the case of under 18′s by the Parent or Guardian) and that any participant under 18 years is supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. You will be supervised by a ‘teaching status’ PADI Dive Professional that will be with you at all times throughout the days activity.
