“Borneo Dream were fantastic!
When I sent details of what I wanted to do during my planned holiday in Sabah, Borneo along with my budget to Borneo Dream and to another agency, the other one came straight back and said it was impossible without doubling the budget unless I wanted to stay in really run-down places and go on pretty unsafe trips.

Joanne from Borneo Dream, on the other hand, came back with a range of suggestions and extremely helpful comments. Email responses were almost immediate, and everything from booking our holiday to payment ran extremely efficiently.
In Sabah, Borneo itself, there wasn’t any sign of anything run down or unsafe on any of the trips / hotels Joanne booked for us! Instead, we had an absolutely fantastic 8 days there, cramming in more than we had thought possible. When we needed a bit of logistical help (e.g. when I had forgotten to print off the itinerary and needed to know pick-up times and places) Joanne was again instantly available and went out of her way to help us out. “I recently went to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for a short holiday. I decided to complete my PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course and some leisure diving in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park with Borneo Dream.
The service, quality and diver safety provided by Borneo Dream was fantastic.

Billy, my Dive Guide for the first day of diving in the Marine Park near Kota Kinabalu, was great. He is funny and makes you feel at ease even though I was quite nervous diving. Captain Merali is sweet and very helpful. Gon, my diving instructor for my PADI Advanced Open Water showed a lot of patience with a student like me.
Fun, friendly and a very professional team that puts scuba diving safety and quality of enjoyment above everything else.”

“I recently completed my PADI Open Water Diver course with Borneo Dream during our holiday in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The service, safety and whole scuba diving experience provided by Borneo Dream was excellent.
I liked that I had individual tuition during my PADI Open Water Diver course and that the skills were done in open water in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, making it real! Gon, my PADI Instructor was really patient and used distraction and humour well!
I did 5 open water dives in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park near Kota Kinabalu and saw turtles on three of them, never thought I would get that lucky. I also saw Cuttlefish changing colour, Lion Fish, Puffer Fish and lots lots more. Read the rest of this entry »

“During our family holiday to Kota Kinabalu in Sabah we decided to all have a go at scuba diving – so we booked a PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience with Borneo Dream.
Nemo!
We enjoyed the scuba diving experience very much! Our children were initially slightly hesitant at going diving, but under the supervision of your obviously experienced team, they are now avid fans and are pressuring Cath and I to get them enrolled in a PADI Open Water Diver course this Australian Summer!
The service, quality, safety, value for money, enjoyment and overall diving experience were all very good. There is nothing we would recommend you change.

All agreed the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience was the highlight of our holiday in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
