Nitrox - Perfect for Wreck Diving
Learning to dive on Nitrox, through the PADI Enriched Air Diver course is easy. The PADI Nitrox course involves some pre-study (reading a manual and completing knowledge reviews) and a half day ‘dry’ course (i.e. in a classroom) where you learn how to safely dive using enriched air. This course certifies you to dive on Nitrox up to 40%.

I really like how everything was thoroughly explained – including the “briefing” on the way out to the dive sites. I mean, in general everything you do is a lot more organized, structured and more detail-focused than other Dive Operators I’ve tried. Natalie decided she wanted to complete her pre-study and confined water skill sessions (or swimming pool sessions) before she came on holiday to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah – the PADI Open Water Referral course was a natural choice for her.
Natalie enjoyed four open water dives along coral reefs near Pulau Manukan, Pulau Sapi (including Clements Reef) and at Edgell Patch in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park near Kota Kinabalu. “It was nice diving with you guys again in Kota Kinabalu whilst I visited Sabah.
I really like scuba diving at Mayne Rock and being taken to a coral reef that is relatively pristine. It is heartening to know that they do exist out there. Thank you for sharing this with Divers and for encouraging the local community to protect their coral reefs. Yes, Marine Protected Areas are not the ONLY way to do marine conservation.
