Layang Layang in Sabah, Borneo is a recognised world class scuba diving location. Go scuba diving the amazing drop-offs, with steep walls descending 2000m down to the sea bed. Dive along pristine coral reefs which have good to excellent visibility and enjoy regular sightings of pelagics. A divers dream!
The coral reefs are full of life. Expect to see schooling Barracuda, Jacks, Trevally, passing Tuna, a variety of Rays, Hawksbill and Green Turtles. “We recently returned from a scuba diving holiday with Borneo Dream in Kota Kinabalu. This was our first time in Sabah, Borneo and we really loved it!
Scuba Diving from Kota Kinabalu
Borneo Dream are an excellent company to do your scuba diving with in Sabah. They have put a lot of work into finding good, safe dive sites for their customers. They have a really stable, comfortable boat which has plenty of room and Billy and Jo are first class skippers.
Their boat was by far the best of any of the charter boats that we saw while we were there. All the kit is in excellent order and they attach the highest priority to dive safety and ensuring that their customers enjoy fantastic diving in Sabah, Borneo. Read the rest of this entry »

Tunku Abdul Rahman (TARP) Scuba Diving Trip with Borneo Dream from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Borneo Dream has just returned from a scuba diving trip to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park (TARP) and enjoyed two dives – one near Pulau Sapi, one along pretty reefs off the West coast of Pulau Gaya near Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo, Malaysia.
The day started very warm (as is usual) but slightly overcast. By early afternoon blue sky was appearing and it was turning in to a beautiful, tropical afternoon in Kota Kinabalu. Perfect for relaxing between dives on our spacious catamaran, Borneo Dream 3. Read the rest of this entry »
